(hereinafter: the "Company"), located at http://jaro.co.il (hereinafter: the "Website"). This Policy supplements the Website's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and forms an integral part of them. Terms not defined in this document shall be interpreted in accordance with their meaning in the Privacy Policy.

Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree to its terms, please refrain from using the Website.

Information transferred to advertising platforms includes a unique identifier and behavioral data from the Website, transmitted through your device. This information does not include the contact details you submitted via the contact form.

Advertising platforms also act as independent controllers with respect to this information, for their own purposes and under their own responsibility, and not merely as service providers on behalf of the Company. Processing of information by those platforms is subject to their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.

6. Transfer of Information to Third Parties

Information collected through cookies may be transferred to service providers acting on behalf of the Company, including the website hosting provider, cloud infrastructure provider, analytics tools, and chat system, as well as to advertising, measurement, and retargeting platforms, subject to your consent to marketing and targeted advertising cookies as set out above.

With each service provider that processes information on behalf of the Company, the engagement is governed by an agreement that includes data processing provisions, information security obligations, purpose limitation, a prohibition on independent use of the information, and its return or deletion upon termination of the engagement, in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017.

Some service providers and advertising platforms store or process information on servers located outside Israel, including in European Union member states and in the United States. Such transfers are made in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Outside the State), 5761-2001.
